For more than seven decades, Pinewood Lodge Campground has been a place where families come to slow down, unplug, and enjoy the simple pleasures of the outdoors. What began as a small campground with just nine sites has grown into a beloved destination centered around its beautiful 50-acre lake, welcoming generations of campers year after year. Still family-owned and operated after 74 years, Pinewood continues to offer the kind of warm, personal experience that keeps guests coming back summer after summer. We recently spoke with the team behind Pinewood Lodge to learn more about its history, its family traditions, and what makes a stay there so special.
