Where The Last Hope Becomes A New Beginning

Last Hope K9 Rescue is a dog rescue organization committed to giving abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs a second chance at life. As the literal “last hope” of the dogs they serve, their southern fosters pull dogs and puppies from partner shelters in Arkansas. They believe every dog deserves love, regardless of age, breed, or medical condition.

Serving as a true last hope, they rescue dogs from high-kill shelters and place them into a carefully coordinated foster network spanning the South and New England. Each dog receives medical care, rehabilitation, and plenty of compassion before being matched with a northern foster family and ultimately placed in a loving “FURever” home.

Their team of volunteers works tirelessly providing love and care in foster homes, processing adoption applications, hosting adoption events, and ensuring that each dog is placed within a stable, loving adoptive home. They are entirely foster-based and do not have a physical shelter. All of the dogs are nurtured and cared for in foster homes throughout Massachusetts. They strive to ensure that all of our adoption and foster placements are the optimal fit for everyone involved.
